When will I get my order?
Domestic orders are typically
shipped within 5 business days via United States Postal Service
Priority and can be tracked at:
http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
Note that some of our candle
products are made on demand to insure maximum scent and color
quality. This could result in somewhat longer processing
times.
Also, especially during the
summer, we never ship near the end of the week. This is to
avoid extended warehouse time over weekends during shipment.
If you have need of delivery by a
specific date for a special occasion or gift, please indicate
this in the comments when placing your order.
How much will the shipping cost?
Though the USPS raised their
rates, we recently lowered ours! We have organized our
shipping charges so that the more you buy in a single order, the
more you save on shipping. We start with a flat $3.85
handling fee and add shipping based on weight using the
following chart:

As
an example, we recently filled an order for:

It weighed about 17
pounds. So we charged the flat $3.85 handling fee
plus $5.31 for the 17 pounds, for a total of $9.16. Note that the USPS charged us $17.60 for
that shipment. |
